How therapists work in Alchely
A session starts in the scheduler: you publish your weekly availability, your patient books the slot themselves, and the reminder goes out without you writing it. The session itself runs in AlchelyMeeting inside the browser, or in Zoom or Google Meet if that is where your patients already are. Afterwards the notes land on the patient record, in the template your methodology uses — SOAP, DAP, BIRP, EMDR and others — instead of in a document you have to file yourself.
Billing closes the same loop. You record a charge, Alchely tracks whether it is a draft, sent or paid, and it chases the unpaid ones at three, seven and fourteen days by email or WhatsApp — never chasing something already settled. Stripe connects if you want to collect online; if you invoice elsewhere, the tracking still works.
Todo esto ocurre sobre una historia clínica cifrada. El terapeuta decide qué ve el paciente en su portal: fecha y título de cada sesión, los consentimientos que puede revocar y sus propios datos descargables, nunca tus notas clínicas. Alchely no vende datos ni entrena modelos globales con la información de tus pacientes.
