Alchely exists because the administrative half of a private practice keeps eating into the clinical half, and because almost no software supports that clinical half when the session happens on a screen. Booking, reminders, notes, consent and chasing unpaid sessions are not the work a therapist trained for, and spreading them across four disconnected apps makes them worse: we put them on one platform, next to the patient record they belong to. And for the part that is your work, the technique, we build tools designed around how you work.

Systemic and family constellations in a shared 3D field, the genogram and ecomap drawn four-handed with your patient, guided meditations and visualisations in your own voice, bilateral stimulation for EMDR on the patient's own screen, with IFS on the way: each tool brings the method into the online session instead of trimming it, and leaves its work in the patient record.

We do not think a platform should impose a method. The dashboard holds patients, sessions, notes and consent; everything beyond that is a tool you switch on only if your way of working needs it, from systemic constellations to longitudinal memory across sessions.
