Augmented Memory

How what was said in session reaches Alchely — without you writing it — and what the tool gives you back afterwards.

Before you start

Augmented Memory is a marketplace tool. You need Plus and to adopt it from Marketplace → Augmented Memory → Adopt.

Writing or dictating your notes, uploading audio or a photo of your notes works always, with or without the tool. What the tool provides is the layer that reads those sessions: the analysis, the recommendations, the alerts and the chat. And recording: without it a video call is not captured and an AlchelyMeeting session is not recorded, because nothing would read that recording.

The six capture routes

When you create a session you choose how to capture it. They all end in the same place: a structured note the analysis then works on.

RouteWhen to use it
Live sessionIn-person session: recorded from the browser, with notes generated in real time
Audio notesUpload a recording you already had; it is transcribed and analysed the same
Capture video callTake the audio of your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams tab while you sit with the patient
AlchelyMeetingHold the session inside Alchely; on hanging up, the recording goes in by itself
Image notesA photo of your handwritten notes: read and turned into text
Write or dictateTraditional writing or voice dictation

Tab capture requires Chrome or Edge. In other browsers the option says it is unavailable rather than failing silently.

Connecting Zoom AI Companion

With Zoom connected in Scheduler, when Zoom finishes its meeting summary it reaches Alchely and creates the session draft, tied to the booking you already had. You do nothing at the end.

What you get from each session

  • Session analysis: summary, key themes and therapeutic focus.
  • Clinical alerts detected from the content, following the rules you configure.
  • Recommendations and exercises for the patient, drawn from their whole history.
  • Therapeutic plan analysis and how it evolves.
  • Longitudinal patterns: what repeats between sessions, not within one.
  • Alchely chat: ask about a patient and get an answer from what is in their sessions.
  • Highlights: select any fragment of the notes and it is saved to the patient's file.
